It was another Audi Type89 90 Quattro in Red. The exact model, trim and color of the car I had just signed away to death. If I recall correctly, there were only 8000 or so imported to the United States from 1989 - 1991. This one sported a red finish so glossy and rich it looked like a rendering. The trim pieces were so black you could almost see the rays of light being sucked into them. The body panels were so straight the car looked like it had just rolled off the factory line in Ingolstadt.
I yelled when it passed by.
